Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 30 days from delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.

1) Conditions for a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact

  • In its original packaging and in the same condition you received it

  • Free from make-up, deodorant, tan, perfume or other marks/scents

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel/shapewear (bodysuits, briefs, etc.) cannot be accepted if the hygiene seal is removed or the item has been worn beyond a try-on over underwear.

2) Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Opened or used intimate/sanitary items where the hygiene seal has been broken

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases (not typically sold by us)

Sale/Promotion items: unless faulty, sale or promotion items are not refundable. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

3) How to start a return

  1. Email silqawear.contact@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions (and an RMA if applicable).

  3. Pack your item securely and post it to:

Return postage is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service; for items valued over £75, consider shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4) Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
If you need the same item in a different size, the fastest method is to place a new order and return the original for a refund (subject to the conditions above). For faulty items, contact silqawear.contact@gmail.com with photos within 7 daysof delivery.

5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days (processing times vary by bank/card issuer).

Late or missing refunds

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  • Then contact your bank
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email silqawear.contact@gmail.com.

6) Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit for the value of your return once received.

  • If the order wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

7) Multi-buy & bundles

For returns of items purchased as part of a bundle or multi-buy (e.g., 1+1 Free), the refund may be adjusted to reflect the retained items at their full price.

8) Faulty, wrong or damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact silqawear.contact@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We’ll make it right in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
